We collect as little as we can, use it only to run the course, and never sell it.

Who looks after your data
New Customers is responsible for your data. Contact: [email protected].
What we keep and why
- Your email address, so you can sign in and we can send you sign-in links, receipts and important course news.
- Your name, business name, trade and town, so we can fill them into your templates.
- Your course progress: lessons done, ticked checklists, and what you type into the course tools. This lets you pick up on any device.
- Your purchase: which plan you bought, when and for how much. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
We use this to provide the course you paid for (that's the legal basis) and to keep records the law requires.
The free AI check. We keep what you typed (your business and town) and the result. If you ask for the report by email, we also keep your email and when you asked, and send the report and a few tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them.
Your approximate town. To save you typing, the free check may suggest your town. It's worked out from your IP address by Cloudflare, our host, when the page loads. We don't store it. It's only kept if you run the check, and then only as the town you see in the form.
If we emailed you first. We sometimes write to businesses at the work email address they publish, about the course. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "no" or email us, and we'll remove you straight away.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments and tax as our reseller (Stripe Managed Payments).
- Cloudflare hosts the website and stores the course data.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini) answer the free AI check. We send them only your business name, trade and town, never your email.
- Google Fonts provides the font on our pages, which means your browser connects to Google.
International transfers
Some of these companies are in the United States, and your data may be handled there or in other countries outside your own. They're bound by contracts that protect your data to EU standards.
Cookies
We use two cookies, and neither tracks you:
- A sign-in cookie, only after you sign in, to keep you signed in.
- A language cookie ("nc_lang"), which remembers the language of the site: English, Portuguese or Spanish. It's set on your first visit, based on the country you visit from, or when you pick EN, PT or ES. It lasts one year.
Your browser also remembers a few things for you: the business details from a link we sent you, and a one-time key that signs you in after you pay. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as you have access to the course. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your details and progress within 30 days, except purchase records we must keep for tax reasons (usually 10 years in the Czech Republic).
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ) or the one in your country.
